Most systems require pressing <enter> after password, some require holding down <ctrl> while pressing <enter> once after password and some require holding down <ctrl> while pressing <enter> twice after password.

What I meant was, I don't have the ability to generate a password for it. :o Only commercial sites can do it. Best to call Dell.

I am really thankful for trying to help! For some reason it doesn't work even afer I tryed to enter all those passwords holding ctrl and ctrl with double enter.

I have a dell Latitude laptop E6420 and need to bypass the ADMIN password so i can eliminate boot from cd drive restriction.
