hi,

need HDD password for Dell Vostro V13. it lock up and wont let me boot to windows.
The service tag is : JBHM0L1
I'm using an upgraded SSD from the original spinning hdd. Do you need the SSD SN too?

Thank you very much. It worked to unlock the Bios. However, I find that the HDD is also password protected. The serial number is 5NK0HRMC. The character after the K is a zero. Thanks again
