i need help unlocking my computer Dell Inspiron 5520

i took the hdd out and hooking it up thru usb to another computer can access all information, but when i try to boot up the other computer all i get is a blue box saying "enter current password" idk that password.

eventually it says
System disable

Service Tag
[361lhv1]

the service tag on the bottom of the computer saysG31LHV1
express service code 35012598445
