How to remoce window sign from icon

Dear supporter can anybody guide me how to remove window sign from so many icones,,,one is here-:

As every body can see that a navy below color indicating that sign ,,,,realy very much fadeup with this ,,

One thing i must say ,,,that window shortcut arrow have removed by using window tweat ,,,,know the problem is as everybody can see that a little WINDOW SIGN shows on every icon ,,,just wanna to know HOW TO REMOVE THIS WINDOW SIGN FROM SHORTCUT ICONS ?

Finally and answer.... sorry, only now noticed your post.

open your windows start menu and type there UAC (user account control)
Slide that bar to the lowest position, apply, OK and reboot. This will disable your user account control and you will remove a very important protection from your windows.
