Ethernet controller and usb-serial controller problem?? - GSM-Forum

Hello friends I need solution for this problem that When i install bootable CD or bootable pendrive all the process get success but ethernet controller and usb-serial controller won't detect by the computer. In the net nothing possible without money.Anyone pls help me.

and the windows type and bit

Operating system: Windows 7 ultimate 32bit

I have tried to install this ethernet controller but no success.
