Do you mean only one USB Flash drive is infected?

If yes, then Set your PC to view all hidden & system protected files.
Backup your Data, and restore the settings.

Still, if you need more detailed guide post here I will help.

P.S.: You can use various CMD commands like " del *.lnk ", " attrib -s - h -r ", etc.

For example, write CureIt in the Google search engine. He will give you the answer. This is a very good decision from Dr. Web.
It always saves me. Use this for a full scan and virus treatment. ;-)
