HP Elitebook BIOS Administrator Password

Does anyone know how to get rid of the BIOS Administrator password in HP protect tools . I've tried a number of CMOS utilities on Hiren's Boot CD to no effect beacuase i cant boot up the cd or usb drive first.. I've removed the main batter and BIOS battery and even tried waiting for some hours. So are there any other options left that i could try.
my main issue is the HP protect tools it wont let me in to go in windows or the bios either so im stuck in the HP protect tools program.
i have contacted hp they say i have to replace my motherbaord which i want to avoid its so expensive i already paid like 2k for this laptop.
i have seen some bios chips on ebay which you can buy and soldr that to your motherboard. if there are any other optios that woul help me a lot.
if there is also a option i have reed my bios chip eprom i already have a willem programmer but im not sure if that chip is supported.

I'm currently running:
HP Elitebook 8760w
BIOS revision: 68SAD ver.F.01
BIOS DATE:04/14/2011

and also does anyone know which bios manufacturer this is?
