Laptop does not turn on


I have a laptop compaq cq71 which have the bellow problem

The laptop does not turn on, when i insert the dc jack its light turn on and after 30 sec it turn off,
After that the board seems dead, nother of leds is on

Can anybody give me any advice what part of board should i measure.
Can it be any foult of southbridge or northbridge?

Can it be any mofset problem.

1. Make sure your Charger / Battery isn't faulty.

2. Check the connection between Power Button and Motherboard.

3. Check Power Distribution on whole MB.

Check BGA chip of VGA card? Rehot or Reflow chip.
