Lenovo ThinkPad T450s BIOS (help needed) When I press the power button on my Lenovo T450s I get two errors: 0271: Check Date and Time settings 0251: Check CMOS Checksum bad - Default configuration used Press Esc to continue or F1 to enter Setup After I press Enter there is a password entry screen to access the BIOS. If I just press Enter I can enter BIOS but many options in BIOS are disabled. I remember my HD password but I can't remember the BIOS password and I lost the papers that came with the laptop. Anybody here have any suggestions/ideas/advice what I can do to recover/reset the BIOS password? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
- remember the pass - replace the whole motherboard - find a local 3th party service center and pay for the removing - disassemble the notebook, desolder the bios flash or the bios stroage eep, dump it and find your pass hash, brute force or delete (chks recalculation need) |
Bro change CMOS BATTERY |
