Unhappy Help me out...

Dear friends...
I am not sure either i will be lucky enough to make myself out of the problems with your help..but i am trying to fixed my laptop for last 2 days..trying so many sites, forums and still no result. I need my one time password for following laptop

SONY VAIO
MODEL: VGN-AR41L [WRITTEN ON THE TOP NEAR KEYBOARD]
PCG-8Y3M [BACK SIDE NEAR WINDOWS OEM STICKER]
SERIAL: 28205159 5000049
**KEY: 7FJT-F6R2-3FR6-KJ26
** Actually every time i tried after 3 wrong password its show a 16 digit key and ask for a one time pass. but this 16 digit is alwayz not the same..if you need any assistance plz contact me asap on
