I have an old work laptop Dell Latitude E6410. I have put a 250Gb SSD in and 8Gb RAM. It will boot with either 4Gb stick but not both.
I think I need to go BIOS set up and save new settings but the i.t guy left years ago so no one has the admin password.
I have tried the free Russian pw generator but the code doesn't work.

My Tag is 9NBP0P1-2A7B
and the generated pw is U966C215yy09kFor which doesn't work.
I even tried Ctrl + Enter.
BIOS ver A05

Can anyone help me with this please?
