You are getting this error “ NET Framework Installation did not succeed” while installing.

NET framework maybe due to outdated Windows updates. Sometimes the Windows update doesn’t complete properly. And .NET needs up to date windows.

What you need to do is for this Problems.

1) Download & Install ====> vcredist_x86.zip

2) Download & Install ====> windows6.1-KB976932-X86.exe Mirror windows6.1-KB976932-X86

What's wrong with your WIN 7 Ultimate SP1 64BIT.

Can you post here about your problem.

Above setup doesn't work on Windows 7 64bit.
