ddrecovery Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2016 Posts: 16 Member: 2630445 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1	Is Surface RT Logic Board Issues The RT will not power up via battery or External. Swapped logic board to new Surface and still dead so definitely a logic board issue. The RT had need to another shop before me. I can see what looks like a TVS chip has been removed. No other visible signs of damage. Any advice on what might be the issue with this type of device/failure. Is a chip off of the eMMC possible given the encryption?
