can't enter bios even can't flash the bios of hp mini 110

i have hp mini 110,the problem is the screen be black,and i try to enter bios by pressing F10 but nothing happen,i have mind to flash the bios from usb but i can't do it.anyone can help me to fix it...?

When you turn on the laptop, does it show any lights from keyboard blinking?
(Caps/num lock, etc).

what file are you using to flash bios and the steps you are using to do a bios recovery on that laptop?
