Bad HDD sector or clusters can cuase . Do Full HDD repair or use another hard drive .

It may be a HARD Drive problem or Ram. Try Changing one and check. Mostly Hard disk is the cause for such problems.

which installation medium you use to install windows 7 from cd/dvd/usb etc ?

problem is 75% ram 20% hdd 5% cd installation

After installing W7 and rebooting I got a white . Black screen
