customer came remove user code.can not goto fastboot mode with

hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then press and hold the POWER button.

how to slove?adb debug mode mode is off.how to flash with out fast boot?
any one have dump file please give link i only have riff and easy j tag

Volume + and - press same time and power on

1 adb debugg-turn on
2 connect phone to the PC
3 open CMD (drivers dir)
4 type - adb reboot bootloader
4 phone will reboot to fastboot mode
