HTC ONE A9 problem with disassembly not working LCD


Many GSM friend tell me they have problem with this model so I have prepared a special solution where you can find out how to disassembly ONE A9 without any troubles [watch out for the flex]:

I have problem with display disassemlby, I always break the back cover, is it possible to dismantle it without breaking that cover?

You need special tool kit. I find pretty good one at ebay. There are many tools which help to to pick up parts quite easy.
