HTC One m7 no reception - GSM-Forum

Hi,

Have a HTC one m7 which doesn't show the provider and had no reception. Already changed the SIM reader and it does recognize the SIM card. Is there any antenna damaged or not connected? Any ground connections bad? Backcover needed for reception?
