Member: 1939450 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 165 | HTC one M7 proximity problem i have an htc one m7 with the problem that when the proximity is covered. The phone wont ring. But when its not covered it makes a sound. Already replaced proximity sensor. Thanks |

As silly as it sounds, have you checked the audio settings in the OS ? I own the 801n on 4.4.2 & there is an option for the ringer to be loud, quiet or muted if the phone is in your pocket. ie the proximity sensor is covered. | |
