(HTC One M8) Main camera not working after software update - GSM-Forum

Hi!
My main problem is my main camera is not being detected anymore only the main camera is being detected.

Here's what happened. I got my new LTE Sim in Globe then it has 250mb free data. Accidentally the software update pop up on my screen and accidentally I clicked it but the update is 270mb so in short the update was not successful. Then after dew days I found out that the main camera is not detected anymore, so I connected my phone to WiFi at home and try to finish the update, I updated the 270mb, but still after that camera is not still detected. So I update it to lollipop thinking that it will solve the problem but still problem is still there.

I already tried many times to factory reset still same problem. I tried to install different camera apps still the same until I downloaded the google camera app, the camera has finally showed up but the problem is that it is inverted and so blurry so its still not fixed.

I already brought it to HTC service center (Philippines) and they said M8 is not yet fully supported here in the Philippines, so I brought it to the store where I bought the device, I'm still waiting for their response.

My question is:
Is there any other way to fix my problem? Like downgrading or restoring the device to lower is/ROM

You could try to downgrade but than you avoid the service agreement

The best thing will be waiting for the response.
