have you an nvidia IC ?

on the market we have 2 PCB's ...

this problem on nvidia PCB is not a LCD or a Display problem, this is a PCB problem, anybody change the "coil's" or light IC, i change all on PCB and disamble a complete LCD to find the backlight line. Backlight works fine and all displays (3) have no faults. This is a problem from PCB. Bad Coils, Light IC or other faults on the PCB ...

It is better to remove the battery in the first step, in order to avoid any short circuit and damage any parts. Cheers.

Hi everybody,

I'm new here. I have the backlight problem, so I ordered some TPS65200YFFR IC samples from Texas. There exists the TPS65200YFFT on the site, I will have a problem if I use the TPS65200YFFR IC model?

Not tested the coils, just want to change the IC.
How do I remove it and put the new one?
Can I remove the IC with a tweezers?
I need to solder?

Thanks in advance.

Hello, i have a problem with backlight on the one x, it's flickering and it's very dim when i use the phone. IF the phone is idle backlight is dim but not flickering, but if I stress the cpu, for example a benchmark, it flickers to almost no light at all. If I try to set the brightness in the settings menu it doesn't work, min and max are the same, no modification (very dim). Could this be an indication that the IC is broken ?

Please read this post and give me an advice, thank you.
Also, if someone has the IC please contact me , i want to buy at a fair price.

Hello everyone,
I like to know if someone can confirm the correct value for "220" coil:
Is 22uH (22 micro Henry) and VLF3010ST-220MR34 from TDK fits or
is an 220 mH (mili Henry)
I'm facing the same problem: blank screen after display+touchscreen replacement on my HOX. I chek the functionality for my phone through an usb-HDMI adapter, linked the HOX with my TV, I got pictures and everithing seems to be functional, including touchscreen but not the display. So i want to change the 220 coil to see if it will work, but I need the correct vallue. The aprox. dimenssions (measured) for 220 coil are: H=1,2 mm, and Diameter=3mm. The values are corresponding to TDK's VLF3010ST-220MR34 .
Thank you in advance.

Lightbulb One bad Xperience

Hi folks,

I had some bad experience, with LCD exchange. When everything was assembled except the back panel, I tried to power on the phone to test is everything goes right. I hold up the battery pressed to chassis by hand, as it was not sticked to chassis (factory adhesive was not so sticky anymore). Few seconds after phone booted up, the screen starts flickering and after two flashes by backlight in max brightness it turned dimmed and stoped respond on manual brightness adjustment. So after some minutes of visual analysis I figured out what caused that. See attached picture explanation below.

In my case only the 22uH (bigger one marked with 220) inductor was damaged, after exchanged it backlight was fixed.

Regards,
dailor
