Hi there, I have got 2 phones to replace digitizer on htc xl. But i am not sure if i can change only the digitizer without lcd. Is it possible to change just the touch without lcd.?. I bought the digitizers but i am not sure if it can be replaced. Please let me know. Thanks

Can not be replaced. It is glued. Today cracked my LCD

confirmed;
htc sensation XL touch+lcd is one part. cant be split without broke lcd.

dont even try to replace just the digitizer
it will damage the whole lcd
i know cause i messed a phones lcd up and they are very expensive to replace

dont let the customer tell you to even try

let someone else to get this mess
