HTC Sensation XL Touch Screen

Hi.
I've got couple of those after screen replacement and now with new part it doesn't work properly ie. you have to type several times or it reacts after few seconds or it shows different thing was pressed. Changed supplier still same fault. Anybody got any solution?
Parts seems to be ok cause I took it from various suppliers.

Got similar problem with Wildfire S and solution was to remove SIM-Lock even tho it was unlocked already. I'm just asking to make sure if someone already got the same problem and maybe solution is like Wildfire S.
