Hello.

Try to do the following:

1) Log on as an Administrator and run Software with admin rights.
2) Reinstall or update Visual C ++ and Net Framework.
3) Update your Win OS with the latest available pathes.
4) Re-install Medusa Pro Software and run again.
5) Write here the result.
