Hello.

Quote:
ERROR[025]: Read error or unexpected end of input file
Repair file in "*.mf" format is for using in EasyRepair Mode, so You should write Repair file in EasyRepair Mode, not in Advanced Mode. Do this and post here full Software log.

Your device can has HW problem. Also, probably, boot loaders in repair file "LG_D280N_Repair.mf", which You have used for repairing, are not compatible (has lower version, than should be) with your device. You can try to do "Factory Repair" via Medusa Pro Software, using the latest original LG firmware for this phone (in "*.dz", "*.kdz" or "*.tot" format).

To do "Factory Repair" via USB, do the following:

1. Install the latest Medusa Pro Software version (Medusa Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual).
2. Select "USB" option in Software.
3. Select "Device (Core): Qualcomm MSM8610".
4. Connect the phone in "Qualcomm...9008" Mode to PC. If necessary, use Test Point and install Qualcomm driver.
5. Press "Connect" button in Software.
6. When device will be connected successfully, go to "Factory repair" tab in Software, select original LG firmware for this phone model (use the latest available firmware version) and write it.
7. Post here the result.

As You can see from your Software log, there is a problem with phone's eMMC flash chip. It is damaged or write protected:

Unfortunately, for such devices only solution is a chip replacement.
