Asus Z010D eMMC connect question [Answered]


Can I use bga 1 jig provided with medusa pro box for programming assus zenfone Z010D emmc?
It has fever connection than that on chip.
It's emmc number is 5ZA98.

Hello.

If You have removed eMMC chip from PCB, You can solder all necessary wires directly to eMMC chip contacts and try to connect eMMC.

Please, make photo of eMMC chip (side with contacts) and post it here, we will check. Also explain, what do You mean exactly under "It has fever connection than that on chip".

very Sorry but I think it is for easy jtag.
Any way is this jig can be used for this chip?

This JIG is not from Medusa Pro Box package. We don't have such JIG in hands, so we can't You say exactly, whether is it correct and how to use it with Medusa Pro Box.
