box connection error


I tried several times updating card & installing drivers almost fpr two hours .
Tried on different pc also.
See my card update count it is 7 times for same software .
Why limit is for 13 times only ?

Hello.

Such error (card disconnects and "No Smart Card found" message appears) can occur, if You have soldered some of eMMC wires incorrectly or there present shorts on PCB, made while soldering wires. Please check soldering of all wires, do each of them as short as possible and try again.

Try to connect Box to another PC motherboard USB port (don't use USB hubs, this is important for stable connection) and try to use another USB A-B cable.

Also the problem can be with Box Smart Card reader. Try to remove card from the Box and put it in into external card reader or into another Box (as reader).
