I need to repair dead phone with jtag but I only have oct firmware,
Can I use it?

Unfortunately, *.oct file format isn't supported for Factory Repair operation

*.oct firmware is just a converted *.kdz firmware so if you only have *.oct then the *.kdz should be easy to find.
