Is it any other solution to download the file? Failed (Error: Unknown Error (Connection related)) |

Try to disable firewall and antivirus on your PC and try again. Also try to use another Internet connection. If the problem is the same, please contact us to Skype, we will check remotely, where can be the problem. Our contacts You can find in our profile. Also, You can download necessary repair files directly from the Support Area - press "Go to Support" button at "Support & Options" tab in Medusa Software or from "Medusa Free Section" - press "Go to Medusa Free Section" button. |
