Difference between Octoplus JTAG and MEDUSA Pro [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hello,
Can someone tell me if there is any difference between medusa pro and octopus JTAG ? . I am very confused .Around 2015 i used to sell these boxes via a reseller in my small area and then got out of touch with gsm field now i wanted to resume work and i am confused with these two boxes

both of same box.no difference.octopus software work on medusa box and medusa work on octopus.only name difference.

Hello.

If You mean Octoplus Pro Box, then yes, HWs of Medusa Pro Box and Octoplus Pro Box and are the same and Software possibilities are the same. If You mean Octoplus Box (not Pro), then note, that HW of Octoplus Box doesn't support work with eMMC, so to work with eMMC You need to buy Medusa PRO Upgrade Kit.
