Also I just noticed that in the bottom of software interface VREF and Box status is "not connected". Don't understan why. I am using windows 10 x64. Box worked on this system before. Also some times it says "No Smart-Card found! Program will now exit" | |

This is the reason, why "Connect" button is not active. Box status is "not connected" means, that Box driver is not installed or installed incorrectly, or there is a problem with the Box HW and the Box is not detected correctly by OS. Please check which devices appear in Windows Device Manager when You connect Box to PC and whether all drivers are installed correctly. If necessary, re-install drivers. Also send us screenshot of Device Manager with devices, which appear in there when You connect Box to PC, we will check in details. |

So I will reinstall drivers and write you back about result. I am using windows 10 x64. Also I want to know that will this drivers work in the Linux syste or not? |
