Hello team,
I am new to Octoplus/Medusa Jtag. I just downloaded and run the Medusa pro but the buttons are not highlighted. May I know the problem and solution to it?

Do I have to buy any sort of activations to this? Hope to get reply soon.

Hello.

eMMC tab will be available (active) if You connect Medusa Pro Box. You have connected an old Medusa Box (not Pro). Old Medusa Box HW doesn't support work with eMMC, You need to have Medusa Pro Box with 20-pin connector. You can use this offer: Medusa PRO Upgrade Kit, no need to buy any addition activation.
