i received dead, i not know if caused by sw upgrade fail or hw.

It's tedected as hw id
USB\VID_0A5C&PID_E920&REV_0001

possible to repair via usb? i need drivers

Yes it is possible. There is a pinout for the G350E, I hope it will work.

Yes, try to do "Factory Repair" using proper PIT file and the latest original Samsung firmware for this phone model.

There is no eMMC pin finder in Software.
