what i supposed to do for that.

Hello.

As You can see from your Software log, unfortunately USB loader "QLoader_v2" for Qualcomm MSM8992 in Software is not suitable (not compatible) for your device:

There are a few USB loaders for Qualcomm MSM8992 in Software. Try to connect the phone using each of these loaders. You need to re-connect the device into "Qualcomm...9008" Mode before trying to connect using another loader.

Please disable (uncheck) "Write data verification" option in Software and try to "Factory Repair" again.

This error message:

means, that the phone doesn't answer to Software commands. The reasons of this could be the next - USB loader is not compatible for your device or device was disconnected. Try to re-connect the phone and repeat again. If the problem is still the same, try to use another USB loader for connection.

but i try majority type the loader. i think medusa dont have loader for support

All loaders, which we have at the moment, are present in Software list.
