I9300 emmc data recovery

Hi.
I need help with data recovery from emmc chip.
It comes from i9300.
I need to recover pictures, contacts.

On content extractor i'm getting:

Didn't find any user partition.

Hello.

This message means, that Software didn't find partitions on eMMC chip (most likely, they are erased or damaged), so it is impossible to recognize any data for recovering.

As You can see, eMMC chip has problems:

Device : Samsung eMMC 000000

Partition config : 00000000 (partition config in not correct for eMMC for GT-I9300).
Boot partition enable : Device not boot enabled (default) (Bus width = 1Bit)

Unfortunately, it is not possible to recovery data from eMMC with such issues.
