Hi.

Currently supported repairing D722AR, not D722. You can try to make Smart Repair your D722 as D722AR. Also, You can try to connect your D722 as D722AR and then make Factory Repair, using original LG firmwares for D722.

Repair D722AR is supported via USB. To connect and repair your phone You need to connect Test Point (TP) and USB cable.

To repair your phone, do the following:

1. Install and run the latest Medusa Pro Software version (Medusa Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual).
2. Download "LG_D722AR.SRF" file via "Download *.srf" button in Software.
4. Select LG D722AR in Software list (device model will appear in Software list after You download SRF).
5. Press "Help" or "Pinout" button in Software to look at TP picture.
6. Connect the phone to PC via USB cable and put it into "Qualcomm...9008..." Mode using TP. Connect TP to GND - "Qualcomm...9008..." device should appear in PC Device Manager. If necessary, install "QHSUSB" driver from Medusa Pro Software installation folder. If your phone goes into "Qualcomm..." Mode automatically, no need to connect TP.
7. Disconnect TP.
8. Press "Connect" button in Software and wait while phone will be connected.
9. When phone will be connected successfully, press "SmartRepair" button and follow Smart Repair Wizard steps to repair the device.

i repaired D722 as D722AR, after repair I wrote D722 firmware
Phone is back to life but shows error customization: Current version is not avaiable for user...mcc/mnc 33403
Phone firmware is D722AR. I now its simply to write D722AR but must write firmware from Mexico network without european languages
Maybe exist another way to cancel this error
Help me Medusa supporter please

Please make the photo of phone's PCB in high quality, upload it somewhere and post here link, we will look whether we can help You with TP for your device revision.

Also note, if your device goes into "Qualcomm...9008" Mode automatically, You no need to use TP.
