Hello.

Try to connect your phone using USB Qualcomm UFS loaders for MSM8996, which are present in the list of Medusa Pro Software:

1. Install the latest Medusa Pro Software version (https://medusabox.com/eng/download/software).
2. Select "Brand: Custom Settings".
3. Select "Device (Core): Qualcomm MSM8996 UFS".
4. Select "Loader: ...".
5. Connect your device in "Qualcomm...9008" Mode to PC.
5. Press "Connect" button.

There are few USB loaders forQualcomm MSM8996 UFS in Software. Try to connect the phone using all these loaders. You need to re-connect the device into "Qualcomm...9008" Mode before trying to connect using another loader.

sending loader failed.
This message means, that selected USB Qualcomm loader is not compatible with your device. Currently we have only these USB Qualcomm UFS loaders, which are present in Software. As soon as we will get new USB loaders, we will add them into the list of Software.
