Hello.

You can download SRF (Smart Repair File) or Boot1 and Boot2 from the Support Area (press "Download *.srf" button in Octoplus Pro Software).

As I see from your Software log, there is Partition config set as "Device not boot enabled":
Quote:
Partition config : (0x40) 01000000
Boot partition enable : Device not boot enabled (default)
but accordingly to Live Log from the Support Area should be the next:
Quote:
Partition config : 01001000
Boot partition enable : Boot partition 1 (Bus width = 1Bit)
Boot ACK : Boot acknowledge sent during boot operation Bit
Please set correct value and try to put the device into Download (Emergency) Mode.

Yes, You can do this via "eMMC service"->"Boot operation mode".

We don't have dump. At first try to set correct Partition config value and try to put the device into Download (Emergency) Mode. If the device doesn't go into DM, try to do "Smart Repair".
