Hello support!

Trying to connect ls770 but box says: no tarjet device ...

i note than memory is skhynix instead of samsung, there is possible to connect whit medusa pro box???

Hello.

Here are a few main possible reasons why the device may not connect:

1. You have connected battery or USB cable. Before connecting the device You must disconnect the battery and the USB cable, and then connect the device without power, this is important!
2. Some wires are soldered incorrectly. Carefully check soldering of all wires.
3. In the process of soldering, the resistors were burned (damaged) by using soldering iron or the pin pads on the board to which wires were soldered were damaged. Need replace damaged resistors and restore the pin pads on the board.
4. The ends of wires that were soldered, had not been cleared. Wire, that comes complete with Medusa Pro Box, is covered with an insulator, so before soldering need to clean the ends of each wire.
5. Soldered wires are too long. Make each wire as short as possible (3-5 CM length).
6. For GND connection use more thicker wire.

Check all of them and try to connect the device again.

i read many post before asking, but question is memory of the device is skhynix and the memory of the picture on medusa box software is samsung emmc, so i try this on many 4 lg models all whit skhynix emmc, and after hours of work cannot connect any of them, so i need to do something else, also, medusa box connect ok whit devices with samsung emmc, so please team help, thanks!!!!

The problme not with eMMC vendor, the problme is with eMMC (HW problem) or with connection. If You are sure You have soldered all wireas correctly, try to remove eMMC and solder all wires directly to eMMC contacts (or use proper eMMC adapter) and try to connect directly.

thanks team for reply, this hapen to me on 4 lg board until now, only whit lg boards, i connect medusa ok whit other brands boards, so maybe in the next lg i try again!!
