Hello.

Unfortunately, repairing of this device is not supported at the moment. At first You can try to connect this device via USB using built-in USB Qualcomm loaders in Software for MSM8916 CPU. If connection will be success (if one of the USB loaders will be compatible with your device), You can try to do "Factory Repair" using the latest original LG firmware for this phone.

To connect and repair MS631 via USB, try to do the following:

1. Install and run the latest Octoplus Pro JTAG Software version (https://octoplusbox.com/en/download/software/).
2. Select "USB" option in Software.
3. Select "Brand: Custom Settings".
4. Select "Device (Core): Qualcomm MSM8916".
5. Connect the phone in "Qualcomm...9008" Mode to PC.
6. Press "Connect" button in Software.
7. When device will be connected successfully, do "Factory Repair" using the latest available original LG firmware for this phone in "*.tot", "*.dz" or "*.kdz" format ("Factory repair" tab, "Repair LG devices..." button).
8. Post here the result.

There are few USB loaders for Qualcomm MSM8916 in Software. Try to connect the phone using all these loaders. You need to re-connect the device into "Qualcomm...9008" Mode before trying to connect using another loader.

If no one of USB loaders in Software is not compatible to your device, You can try to repair your phone via eMMC (need to have Octoplus Pro Box).
