Hello.

At first You need to connect the device via USB. If connection will be successful (if one of USB loaders in Software will be suitable), try to make Factory Repair using the latest original firmwares for this device.

To connect the phone via USB, try to do the next:
1. Install the latest Medusa Pro Software version (Medusa Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual).
2. Select "USB" option in Software.
3. Select "Brand: Custom Settings".
4. Select "Device (Core): Qualcomm MSM8916".
5. Select "Loader: QLoader_v1".
6. Connect the phone to PC. Install "Qualcomm" driver from the folder "c:\Program Files (x86)\Medusa Pro Software\Driver\QHSUSB\". As a result, "Qualcomm...9008" device should appears in PC Device Manager instead of "qhsusb_bulk" device.
7. Press "Connect" button in Software and wait while device will be connected (or not connected).
8. If device will be connected successfuly, do Factory Repair ("Factory repair" button in Software).

Please note, that loaders can be not suitable (not compatible) for connecting the device. This depends on device CPU bootrom revision. Some devices (the same models) can be connected using loaders from Software and some аrе not connected, for example:
http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f664...d-usb-2161902/,
http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f798...table-2162110/.

There are three general USB loaders for Qualcomm MSM8916 in Software. Try to connect the phone using each of them.

No, LS991 is based on MSM8992 CPU, but LS751 is based on MSM8916 CPU. To connect LS751 perform steps 1-9 and post the result. Try to connect the phone using "QLoader_v1", "QLoader_v2" and "QLoader_v1" USB loaders for MSM8916.

This error means, that USB loader, which You have used for connecting is not compatible with your device. As I have written above, try to connect the phone using other two loaders. If these two loaders are also not compatible, unfortunately, currently we have no solution on how to connect and repair your phone.

Unfortunately, we have no eMMC pinout for this device at the moment. Maybe someone has pinout picture for this phone and he will upload it here for You.
