i try to unlock this phone like all times by writing modem and cariere file
but when i connect the phone the box read the phone but give partition tablet not found
phone work well

AS You can see from the Software log, your device detects not correctly. As @starkrimes said You berfore, try to set another Speed, Voltage, make sure that device connected to PC directly (don't use USB HUBS), it's important.

Bro check the resistors connection ( 150 ohm )
try to high-light the connection between 2.8v ~ 3.0v

otherwise check if wires are not longer than 5 cm & connected good
in my experience the most fault is on voltage or cmd pin
