Smile Medusa Pro for Octoplus Pro Upgrade questions [Solved]


Made purchase of Medusa Pro for Octoplus users. Installed drivers etc.

Question,

-Do I need to have both boxes connected to use software?
-Is it possible to remove card from Octoplus Box and Insert into Medusa Pro for daily use?
--If Yes, Why doesn't my computer read the card when inserted into Medusa Pro? (no new device in device manager when inserted?

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Card should be connected/present. If card is inside the Octoplus Box, You need to connect this box. If card is in external card reader - connect card reader with card. If You have inserted card into new Medusa Pro Box - connect only Medusa Pro Box.

Yes, of course, Medusa Pro Box has card reader inside and You can insert your card inside.

Clean card's contacts and insert card again, then connect Box to PC and install card reader and card drivers from Medusa Pro Box installation folder. If You have any problems with driver installation, please contact us to Skype, we will try to help You remotely. Our contact info You can find in out profile.

Got everything working! It was my silly mistake. Was inserting the card backwards into the box. Thanks for your help and quick reply!
