Please, try to select another loder from the list, if problem will still remain, most likely our loaders aren't suitable with your device.

i manged to connect with custom loader i cant write any file or srf

Usually if error with writing appears, this means, that there are problems with flash chip. Please post here full Software log, not reduced, with full device connection info and with all of performed operations, we will check in more details.
