Hi.

What box do You exactly have, Octoplus Pro/Medusa Pro or just Octoplus Box? Why do You need adapter 10 to 20 pin?

To look at Medusa Pro Box JTAG pinout picture (20 pin), run Octoplus JTAG Pro Software, select "JTAG" option and press "Box Pinout (JTAG)" button:

To look at Octoplus Box JTAG cable's pinout picture (10 pin), run Octoplus JTAG Software and go to "Support & Options" tab:

This is eMMC pinout, not JTAG. Octoplus Box (not Pro) HW doesn't support work with eMMC. To work with eMMC You need to have Octoplus Pro Box or Medusa Pro Box. You can use this offer: https://gsmserver.com/item/boxes-and...o-upgrade-kit/, no need to buy any additional activation.
