Octoplus JTAG not activating [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hello,
I installed the Octoplus Pro JTAG and every time it launches, it runs the Medusa card update wizard. It says it activates, but when I try to launch it does the same thing again.

I redacted the endings of the card serial numbers just in case, I can send them via PM if needed.
This process goes through, and I hit finish. Then I try to run the program, and it does the same thing.

Here is what I have done to troubleshoot:

Reboot the computer
Reinstall the software
Change USB ports
Change USB cable to the JTAG box
Reinstall JTAG drivers

Any thoughts? Windows 7 Ultimate x64
