Smile octoplus stopped working JTAG [Solved]

My octoplus stopped working JTAG. All other activations (Samsung, LG, FrP, Huawei) work, and when Jtag pro is started, a window comes up. Watch the video on YouTube. I connected octoplus to another computer, updated the card firmware. What should I do?

I recently had a smart card crash, very similar to your screenshot. But when I launched Octoplus jtag, the program itself asked to update the smart card and update it, but then when launching the program for samsung, she again requested to update the card, then I launched the program to check LG and again asked to update the smart card, after all these manipulations there were no problems. I also noticed that the smart card may crash when it is running or closes the Google Chrome browser. I do not recommend running Google Chrome with Octoplus simultaneously on 64-bit Windows 7.
If you look in the device manager, you will see that Windows 7 64-bit connects its drivers for a smart card. I did not find the drivers in Octoplus.
