Member: 2056113 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 20 | Octuplus Jtag Box Not Connected Good am sir/mam,is anyone here encounter this kind of problem? I have here Octuplus Activated to LG/SAM and JTAG.But in JTAG it appear that "Box Not connected" Please Preffer on the Picture Attached. This is the Box that i have As you can see its activated to LG/SAM and jtag And this is the Problem that i've Encounter Right now. TIA for any Help and it will be Appreciated. As I see from your screenshots, You use too old Medusa Pro Software version 1.2.5; current Medusa Pro Software version is 1.3.5. Please install the latest Medusa Pro Software version (Medusa Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual), re-update card firmware, re-connect Box and run Software. Write here the result. |

Member: 1538383 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1587278 Thanks Meter: 3,398 | When You connect Octoplus Box to PC, in PC Device Manager should appear new device in section "libusb-win32 devices". After installation of the Box driver, it's name will be "Medusa JTAG". Please check, whether the new device appears and whether You installed driver for it. |
