Octuplus Jtag Box Not Connected


Good am sir/mam,is anyone here encounter this kind of problem?

I have here Octuplus Activated to LG/SAM and JTAG.But in JTAG it appear that "Box Not connected"

Please Preffer on the Picture Attached.

This is the Box that i have


As you can see its activated to LG/SAM and jtag

And this is the Problem that i've Encounter Right now.

TIA for any Help and it will be Appreciated.

only install fresh driver from support

Hello.

As I see from your screenshots, You use too old Medusa Pro Software version 1.2.5; current Medusa Pro Software version is 1.3.5. Please install the latest Medusa Pro Software version (Medusa Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual), re-update card firmware, re-connect Box and run Software. Write here the result.

When You connect Octoplus Box to PC, in PC Device Manager should appear new device in section "libusb-win32 devices". After installation of the Box driver, it's name will be "Medusa JTAG". Please check, whether the new device appears and whether You installed driver for it.

Hello sir,sorry for late response..actually i dont have problem in installation of the driver..in the first that i'ved install the driver,I just downloaded the driver to the web and install it properly.if that so will make screenshot on the device manager and post it here..

Good am to all i want to up this thread.cause my problem of my box did not solve..

is this maybe on hardware issue?
