Hello.

1. Post here full Software log with device connection info, not reduced log, we will check.

2. As You can see from Software log, there is an error occur while writing data to eMMC:
Quote:
Write verification error 1. Possible reasons: damaged or write protected eMMC.
Most likley, the problem is with eMMC chip. Try also to disable "Write data verification" option in Software and repeat the repair procedure again. Post full Software log. If the problem is still remains, check HW.

3.

Firmware Write Failed
As I have written above, most likely, device has HW problems (problems with eMMC chip).

As I see from your Software log, device's eMMC is write protected:
Quote:
PERM_WRITE_PROTECT : YES
and it is not possible to write any data to eMMC:
Quote:
Read/write verification error. Possible reasons: damaged or write protected eMMC.
Try to disable Write Protection ("eMMC service" tab, "Remove Write Protect" button) and then repeat "Smart Repair" operation again.

This can be HW problem. Try also to do "Factory Repair" ("Factory repair" tab in Software) using proper PIT file and the latest original Samsung firmware.
