Hi.

Repairing of SGH-I747 is supported via JTAG in old Octoplus JTAG Software v.1.9.5.4 (https://octoplusbox.com/en/download/software/) and in old Medusa Software v.2.6.1.5 (https://medusabox.com/eng/download/software). JTAG pinout for SGH-I747 should be the same as for SGH-I747M. Try to repair your SGH-I747M as SGH-I747. To repair the device do the following:

1. Install the latest version of Software of Medusa Software v.2.6.1.5 (https://medusabox.com/eng/download/software).
2. Select Samsung SGH-I747 in the list of Software and press "Help" button to look at JTAG pinout picture.
3. Attentively solder all necessary wires and connect the device to Box.
4. Select "EasyRepair Mode" option in Software.
5. Press "EasyRepair" button in Software and follow "EasyRepair Wizard" to repair yout device.
6. Post here the result.

PCBs of SGH-I747 and SGH-I747M are similar, so eMMC pinouts should be the same. Try to re-solder all wires, make each of them as short as possible and try to connect again. Any way, we don't have another pinout for this device at the moment.
